Terms of Service
To ensure smooth operations and clear understanding, Lapland Fishing Ltd. requires that a contract be signed between the customer and the company. This contract is based on the customer’s bid and the company’s offer, providing protection and clarity for both parties.
Terms of Cancellation
• Full Refund: Customers will receive a full refund if the service is canceled more than 30 days before the scheduled activity.
• Partial Refund: If the service is canceled between 29 and 15 days before the activity, a 50% refund will be provided.
• No Refund: Cancellations made less than 14 days before the activity will not be eligible for a refund.
BOOKINGS VIA BOKUN ETC. MIGHT SET A STANDARD OF THEIR OWN! PLEASE CHECK IT OUT AND BE AWARE OF THIS SITUATION!
Force Majeure
Lapland Fishing Ltd. reserves the right to modify or cancel services due to force majeure events.
Third Parties
Lapland Fishing Ltd. is not responsible for any actions or services provided by third parties.
