Lapland Fishing Festival has started!

The start of the week for the Lapland Fishing Festival has been very good, with plenty of nationalities that has visited Swedish lapland for one weeks fishing until they will join the Lapland Wolrld Cup Fishing.

Among the flyfishermen who has tried the wild Lapland pike are Sue Sissons, The English female Flyfishing Team and Andor Balint, The Romanian Flyfishing Team. They have been in Swedish Lapland for about one week and have had a good fishing with personal records on pike caught on a flyrod.

Especially Sue Sissons showed whos in charge, when she got her personal record in the lake Hemsjön, a pike of estimated weight, close to 5 kg.

The weekend July 5-7 they will compete in the flyfishing part of Lapland World Cup Fishing, and lets all wish them all the luck during this competition.
